Version 2.3.0 Released



Hey everyone! Twisted IK 2.3.0 was just released! It's a smaller release this time, with the only change being the addition of the Twisted_PhysicsMotor2D node and the look_at_target function for Twisted_PhysicsBone2D. These changes should make it possible to have semi-controllable physics joints in Godot in 2D. The example project has been updated accordingly, with 2D test scenes 10 and 11 showing the new features.

While a small update, this release does make both 2D and 3D at feature parity when it comes to added node functionality! I'm really happy to be able to offer an extremely similar feature set for both 2D and 3D developers, and I'm glad to finally have both dimensions at parity.

That's all for this release! Moving forward I plan to make some better examples of how to use Twisted IK 2 through a showcase project. Not only does this provide another example of how to use Twisted IK 2, but it will also help me iron out bugs. Here's a sneak peek:
